For more than twenty years, Ingmar has supported integrations, acquisitions and carve-outs and knows M&A from the IT perspective, from merging two system landscapes to separating them in a carve-out. At Polydigital, he advises CIOs and executive boards and is responsible for interim and fractional placements.
Before Polydigital, Marius worked at EY and at AdEx Partners, a consultancy for SAP and ERP transformations in the DACH region. At Polydigital, he is responsible for permanent placements in SAP and ERP. He has a background in business psychology and business law and is a trained mediator.
